Cornbread with Creamed Corn

Easy to make, extremely moist cornbread recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg cornbread mix Use Marie Callender, if possible
  • 1 C sour cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 C butter or margarine melted
  • 1 t salt
  • 1 can creamed corn 16 oz.

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together and pour into greased 9x13 baking dish.
  • Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes or until lightly brown.
