Found this cornbread recipe on the Marie Callender website – very simple and moist.
Cornbread with Creamed Corn
Easy to make, extremely moist cornbread recipe.
- 1 pkg cornbread mix Use Marie Callender, if possible
- 1 C sour cream
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 C butter or margarine melted
- 1 t salt
- 1 can creamed corn 16 oz.
- Mix all ingredients together and pour into greased 9×13 baking dish.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes or until lightly brown.
